29 December 2015. This is my first attempt at managing a website. For the most part I will be trying all sorts of new things, much like a kid in a candy store.

Most of my blog posts will most likely be the sharing of interesting opinions, with very little of my own input. At least while I am still in the design phase of this website. It’s kind of trial-and-error with no projected design phase end time.

29 January 2016. It has been one month since I first published this post. In that month I have learned a lot about website engineering. I have also made fatal errors where I had to get an outside engineer in (well, on the internet) to fix.

So, I always knew that I had a steep learning curve to overcome. This scared me and I procrastinated for a long time before I had the temerity to take that first step.

I am by no means over the learning curve but now I know my way around a WordPress Dashboard, I understand how to engineer a website, how to control themes, how to use plug-ins, how to access html, as well as some essential basic do’s and don’t s.

I am next going to focus on building the backbone for a subscriber base. That, right now, is the challenge. Unless I think of something more important. Which could happen. So stay tuned 🙂

Currently I am thinking along the lines that this particular fixed post position will be where I publish my latest personal blogs, images, etc. to. ℵ
