Judge Brett Kavanaugh faces a vote of confirmation before the full senate in one week’s time.
Dr. Christine Blasey Ford accused Brett Kavanaugh of inappropriate conduct. An accusation that stretches back over three decades back into high school and thus highlights obvious memory lapses.
I do not believe that Dr. Ford is 100% certain of Brett’s teenage identity. However I still do not believe that the Judge is a good Supreme Court fit for a secular Republic of the United States.
Every Supreme Court Justice should be an atheist so that modern civilization can move forward and exit the Dark Ages in which we still live.
Regarding the Dark Ages, I say that we have been living them since the beginning of Catholicism.
It is this connection with Catholics that Judge Kavanaugh has that worries me a lot.
Judge Brett Kavanaugh as Justice of the Supreme Court.
Wow this is a tough one. The two cases brought up in the initial Senate Q&A session by Senator Mazie Hirono and the answers provided did not satisfy my skeptic mind.
The litmus test I applied essentially was: Is this Judge a supporter of the separation of church and state?
My conclusion is that Brett Kavanaugh does not at all support the separation of church and state.
Most of all Judge Kavanaugh should not be confirmed as a Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
